TAP-DC Book Club: Bestiary

Book Club is Back!

After a year-long hiatus, we are happy to announce that the TAP-DC Book Club is back! We will be focusing on works by authors from the AAPI community and use the medium of literature to discuss our collective understanding of what Taiwanese-American, and Asian-American, identity and cultural heritage mean to us.

The Book Club will start off with "Bestiary", the debut novel by author K-Ming Chang long-listed for the Center of Fiction First Novel Prize and the PEN/Faulkner Award.

If you wish to join and participate in the Book Club, please reach out to TAP-DC Cultural Identity Chairs Morgane (morgane.fiere@tap-dc.org) or Tommy (tommy.shen@tap-dc.org). We will hold our first meeting on Sunday, December 12.

Please note that, as of November, TAP-DC in-person events will require proof of vaccination status - this can be either a paper card, photo, or digital record.
