More about Ellen: Ellen is a Senior Health Fitness Program Manager with Corporate Fitness Works (CFW). She is from Arlington, VA, where she currently resides and has worked in fitness facilities in both New York City and Washington, DC.

Trainer Tip - Less is more. When exercising, slow down your movements and focus on building the foundation of that exercise before adding on layers of intensity for a more advanced version. Always listen to your body!
